How to Contact Cloudbeds Support through the Application
If you're encountering any issues while using Cloudbeds and need assistance, reaching out to their support team is simple and can be done directly through the application. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to get help:
Click on the People Icon
- Look at the top-right corner of your screen. You’ll find a People icon. Click on it to open a dropdown menu with several options.
Select "Get Help"
- From the dropdown menu, find and click on the Get Help option. This will take you to the support section where you can submit your issues or questions.
Describe Your Issue
- A support window will appear. In this section, you can write down your problem or question. You can describe the issue either in Thai or English depending on your preference.
Once submitted, the Cloudbeds support team will review your request and respond to assist you in resolving the problem
